When you arrive for your
holistic massage therapy you treatment you will be able to discuss
your concerns and needs with Maria. She will then ask you to
relax and unwind in the treatment room ...You will be properly
draped at all times or may receive modalities that can be done
through light clothing.
You will receive maximum
benefit from a treatment if you prepare your body by hydrating
prior to your massage and continue to drink additional water
after your session to assist your body in flushing all toxins
released during the course of your therapy.
